SHIPPING
Abella Galleries provides regular First Class USPS shipping free of charge to customers that make purchases of over $100. Additional charges may apply for purchases being mailed outside of the continental United States or to more than one address.
For purchases under $100 or for customers preferring faster mailing options, customers may choose to ship by either Overnight Express mail, two to three day Priority Mail, or two to nine day regular First Class mail. Please also allow two to three additional business days for your order to be processed by Abella Galleries. If you have a specific timeline to meet, please let us know in the notes section of the online order form so we can make special effort to make sure your package arrives when you need it to. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an e-mail from Abella Galleries with tracking information.
Abella Galleries is based in Knoxville, Tennessee, and is required by law to collect sales tax of 9.25% for purchases made by residents of the State of Tennessee.

GIFT WRAPPING
If you chose to send your purchase as a gift to a friend or loved one, Abella Galleries would be happy to provide gift wrapping and a personalized gift note free of charge. When purchasing an item, simply write in the note box at the bottom of the order confirmation page that you would like gift wrap. Also include exactly what you would like the gift note to say.

AbellaGalleries.com does not sell, rent, trade, or provide your e-mail address or any of your other personal information to anyone.
When you sign up for e-mail updates, your name, e-mail address, mailing address, and phone number (if provided) will be added to the Abella Galleries e-mail update list and database. We will send you occasional (once every few months) e-mails including exclusive information about special offers and sales, new products, new artist updates, and more.

SECURITY POLICY
Abella Galleries protects the security of your personal information. We take steps to protect your data from loss, misuse, alteration, or unauthorized access. We use sophisticated security technologies to secure users' ordering information, username, and password. We encrypt users' ordering information, username, and password (including users' credit card account number) using Secure Socket Layer ("SSL") technology. SSL is a proven coding system that lets your browser automatically encrypt, or scramble, data before you send it to us. To support this technology, users must have an SSL-capable browser. SSL is one of the safest encryption technologies available. While we use such sophisticated security technology to secure users' ordering information, username, and password, we cannot guarantee that any electronic commerce is totally secure.
RECYCLING POLICY
At Abella Galleries, we make every effort to reduce, reuse, and recycle. Whenever possible, we print on recycled paper and ship your purchases to you in reused or recycled cardboard boxes with shredded used fashion magazine pages as the package stuffing. When you purchase a necklace or other piece of jewelry, we will also ship the necklace to you in a reusable velvet drawstring bag. We encourage you to store your jewelry in this bag or use it to carry your jewelry with you during travel.
